I contracted Triad Web Design to build a website for me.
After Weeks of mistakes and going back and forth with someone in India, i wasted my time and i knew this was going to be a unprofessional process.
I requested a refund and was informed that 123 triad does not refund any money.
This scam company had the nerve and the audacity to demand the rest of the money (final invoice)
http://www.123triad.com boasts of a 100% satisfaction and a full refund, the refunds are only valid within 15 days of the signed contract. Before a website was ever built.
This clause protects this scam company called 123 triad to protect themselves of paying a refund.
When i saw the website and all the mistakes, i knew i had made the mistake of trusting this scam company called 123 Triad. Do not use this company ever. This is the first time i had to write a report against any company. Don't use 123 Triad to build your website!
