Do not trust 123 triad!!! They are falsly advertising money back guaratees! I hired 123 triad web design last year to do a project for me. They made me sign a lengthy contract with NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE in it. They bind you. I paid $1739 for a website that after 6 months was still incomplete due to them. I trusted them! At consutation I was promised all of this awesome stuff and a "custom website" with a "reasonable" turn around time. What I recieved was anything but that. Obviously what they offer is only custom to what they can do (which is not spectacular for the time it takes). Not even exactly what you want. Their lengthy turn around times are HORRIBLE! It took six months to complete 4 pages (with only 2 design concepts) after I requested five!!! Not to mention that after the six months of devastating time constraints I realized that the vendor program that sales had promised at the beginning of this task was impossible for them to do! I could not drag this project out any longer and wait 2 years for 5 finished pages so I quickly hired a "real" web designer and built my new website from the ground up in no time. I was so unhappy with them that I didn't even use their crappy work and paid them for web hosting that I am not even using. I have contacted all of their managers and the BBB about this matter but all they keep referring to is that BINDING contract that I can't get around. They ripped me off $1739 dollars. THERE IS NO MONEY BACK GUARATEE!!! I should post their stupid contract for the world to see!!! Please don"t use them and get ripped off too! USE SOME ONE YOU KNOW AND TRUST. 123triad web design is not that business. They should check out my new site and see what a "professional" web site looks like.
