Ripoff Now Triad says I own them money but there is no contract they are seeking revenge

Well I guess Triad is now claiming I owe them money, $5627.85 for the car the same car my mother has loan to them on. The thing is my name does not appear on any of the loan documents nor is Triad on my Credit Report on any matter. They have filed in court an attempt to get a judgement against me to collect the money.
