Financed a truck through triad the truckthat was impounded due to my boyfriend not having his license. When we went to the impound to pick up the truck a day later, they said that triad repo'ed the truck. Triad sent us a letter stating that we can get the truck back if we pay them the impounding fees that were charged. We then paid the amount by the deadline and contacted triad who told us that the truck was sold and the letter was sent in error. I want to sue this company for selling my property illegally, but not sure how to go about it. If you are to a victim email me and if there is enough people we can file a class action suit.
