Useless Web Site

When i contacted 123triad wed design my main concern was having a site that i can add content to and take away content since i am in the photography business. They promised that they can accomplish this task and with a down payment of over 1000.00 the task was started. It was a lot of frustration in the begining trying to get things write but after a few weeks things looked ok since i had a deadline, but shortly after i realized that i needed to know computer programing in order to add content. 123 triad was no help to me at all until i cancelled my web hosting with them and signed up with AT@T, but the problem still exsist i have a site that is completely useless to me and i payed over 3000.00.
