Price change. No customer service satisfaction like they claim!

The Catagory is not correct, but it was the closest thing to what is happenening. I just ordered two products from this company and paid over $500. Shipping was fast and I do like the products. 1 day after I received the products, they were on sale for 17% less!

I contacted them by email, which is the only way I can and there response was:

"Please be advised should you wish to return the merchandise that is fine but remember you"ll have to pay for the shipment back and that can cost anywhere from $30 to $40. We must adhere to our pricing now and cannot give you a refund for the monies requested."

So I can buy new products for the new price, send mine back and pay for shipping!!! How is this good customer service when they could just give me credit to the store or the difference in a refund!!!

From their website it states:

"Our goal is complete customer satisfaction. If there is any problem with your order, we'll do everything possible to fix it."
This does not seem to be in character with my response... Pay for the shipping and go through the hassle of rebuying!!! I guess they will lose a buyer for life. This was a very small purchse and I am glad I did not order everything from them at once. Now I will give their competitors more business and will spread the word.

A little courtesy really does go a long way, and there was none at TRENDYHALLOWEEN.com!!!
