Free products are very expensive

I first contacted customer service, thru their web site, and requested info about the shipping fees on their free items. They responded at once asking me for the order number. Since their email return address would NOT accept my email I went back to their site and left this message on MAY 7th:
Dear Customer Service,
I am unable to give you an order number as I did not complete my order for the following reasons; I was going to order three adult units, three Whtening Systems and three upgrades, two child units with two upgrades. I have no problem with the actual price of all of these but the shipping and processing (rounding up to $15. From the $14.95) would come to $270. Which is absolutely ridiculous and quite honestly raises a very large red flag. I have never seen any company charge anything close to this and based upon the estimated weight of all this together would be surprised if your shipping cost more than $25.00 for everything, offering me no incentive whatsoever to purchase all of these and makes me question whether you will be here for the free lifetime brush replacements... Which based upon S & P is actually not free at all. I also can find no place anywhere on your site that gives me the price of brush replacements and I would really appreciate this information. Looking forward to your response.
It is now June 20th and I am still waiting for their response.
Note: These were the prices on May 7th, I did not check recently but I am fairly certain they are the same.
