Touchy router, Slow internet, unfulfilled promises, bad phone service, bad customer service. - Arris router

My router will randomly disconnect from the internet for no reason, then i have to reset it.
-I pay for 20Mb/s internet; i get around 5Mb/s
-I was promised free HBO, plus a refund equal to a months worth of service for poor customer service; never got it.
-Phones will randomly get disconnected and I have to get it fixed every year
-Customer service never sends a person out. I've waited for 5 appointments now that have been missed for no reason and i did not even get calls to tell me they were cancelled. Also they say they pay you like $20 if they are late or dont show up... Wheres my $100?
Comcast is a horrible company and i hope googles internet service exploads and shuts this peice of s* down.
