Router Dropouts, Speeds Far Below 20 Mbps and Missed Appointments

My router will randomly disconnect from the internet for no reason, then I have to reset it.
-I pay for 20Mb/s internet; I get around 5Mb/s
-I was promised free HBO, plus a refund equal to a months worth of service for poor customer service; never got it.
-Phones will randomly get disconnected and I have to get it fixed every year
-Customer service never sends a person out. I've waited for 5 appointments now that have been missed for no reason and I did not even get calls to tell me they were cancelled. Also they say they pay you like $20 if they are late or don't show up... Where's my $100?
Comcast is a horrible company and I hope googles internet service explodes and shuts this piece of s* down.
