I would definitely would not recommend this service at all

I tend not to publish evaluations but feel required also since you (like a possible customer) have to know that I've had an extremely poor experience together.

Our account, in a nutshell...

Bought 3 periods out-of a 22 attacks TV-series over a-3 night time. Returned about the 4 the night time with no television attacks, such as the 4-22 of the main one I needed to see, were displaying on my internet-connected panasonic system.

I called tech support team - the 1-877 range - the tek man did what he might after which stated he'd to advance the situation to 2nd degree tek assistance & I'd be informed by mail of the clear answer within 24 hours.

A day later - no mail... And also the scenario was nevertheless exactly the same - not mounted. I called into customer support again - same scenario - they stated needed to advance to 2nd degree tek assistance and stated I'd observe a contact within 24 hours. 3rd time same condition. 4th time same condition. I.E. No occurrence 4-22 with no TV-series whatsoever. Actually my wishlist was displaying 5 of the 15 films i positioned on them-and the film rental area had 115 films rather than the 500 that i noticed 4 days earlier. I introduced all this for their interest. But practically nothing got solved.

This time around I named them back (the 4th time) & they stated they'd advance to tek assistance. And so I told them this hasbeen happening for 4 times and it is undesirable & when they don't solve within 1-hour they've dropped me like a client & I'll also allow others understand to not turn into a client of cinemanow.

There have been other conflicting problems, but I believe you receive the image.

I'd certainly wouldn't suggest this company whatsoever.
