I purchase a TwinXL bed cover from Isoform.com. On June 16. On June 18th, I obtained a contact out of this organization displaying my bill and declaring that another mail could be delivered to me when cargo was created. Additionally, it stated if there have been any modifications to become created please send mail to income@bergad.com. The bill confirmed a Double (not TwinXL) bed pad. I immediately (1hour after getting e-mail) delivered an answer saying I'd requested a Twin-XL not really a Double as was displaying about the bill. 24 hours later, I obtained the mat by UPS. Obviously, it had been a Double. It was on the Friday night as well as their workplace was shut, and so I named very first thing on Friday. The woman I talked to stated I'd requested a double. I informed her concerning the mail I'd gotten and my reaction. She stated they never got the e-mail which my mat was sent about the 17th. She stated she'd talk to somebody and contact me back. She never called me back. 24 hours later I named again and he or she said I really could not return it simply because they couldn't promote it. I informed her I'd no requirement for a double, I required the Twin-XL for my child who's beginning university within the drop. She again stated she'd talk to somebody and contact me back. I still haven't gotten a callback. What bad customer support they've as of this organization.
