Illegal actions

I've bought new Nikon Camera Available Outstanding. They offered it in my experience for $250.00. I've also taken care of shipping over $30 and nearly $30 for Western Union providers. I named them following a month to go over where's my bundle however they informed that my bundle is hang on the custom and that I have to purchase 3 more cameras or I have to spend $190 practices charge. I believe it's illegal!
