Hold on package

I have to alter the shipping target to get a package with advantages, but am not able to achieve this since verizonwireless has set a hang on the bundle. I named verizonwireless to get rid of the store, plus they were not able to get rid of the hold they positioned on the bundle within the first place. Today I've to skip each day of function to get the bundle therefore it does not get delivered back. I'm really furious!
