A complete ripp off, repair & software, quite long and disgusting way these "techs do their disastrous "JOB"

I am a senior and they took advantage of my integrity, credibility, and trust, of which they lack. My ordeal began June 20. First trip, a friend took me to the store to repair my desktop HP Windows 7 home premium. Techs: Richard, Rachel and Alex, promised 100% high-quality job. Next day, Rachel called to inform the computer had to be factory restored, and I said "OK. She assured me it would be exactly like a "newborn, "a word repeateadedly heard while PC was in the shop. But it wasn't ready the next day as they PROUDLY advertise it all over the store, it took more than 3-7 day trips to get it "supposedly fine." They DO NOT have a 30-90 day warranty... Only 10 days. After that, a new job is "created."

To my shocking surprise, the PC is way beyond being like a "newborn" as stated by these so-called techs. I couldn't and can't open many of my files, they were (still are) either emply or surprisingly in other folders. Yet, most of them still empty. More so, I can't open them nor upload them on FACEBOOk, e-mail, etc because they are in the system and impossible for me to access them as the "only private owner of the PC." They removed a link that was on the mouse. It had these words: "TAKE OWERSHIP, " and I could use it whenever a file would turn to be in the SYSTEM. I feel that the computer is not even mine!!! I am the only user, for that matter.

They NEVER called the place where they authorize the factory reset (I found this recently when I called a phone number I found on a slip they've given me. Last but not least infringement of the law, they didn't keep my WINDOWS Microsoft Office 2007 nor activation key (for private user). Unlawfully installed Office Professional Plus 2010 which I found through a screen message, on last day of being installed, it is only for CORPORATE, COMPANY, LARGE VOLUME MERCHANDISE!!! More so, Rachel and Rich boasted over and over that this program was a $700.00 worth and the very best I could have. Why they din't keep the original program? Techs stopped using the "NEWBORN PC"word for: "..

We did the best... But, you know...???" Didn't isntall sound card along with rest of program. Another thing: Had to buy speakers. Which were not needed. I took my speakers & PC to the store but they said: "THEY ARE BAD, buy another set, sound card WAS NEVER touched by us, etc, etc.."So they destroyed my speakers. All these after going back and forth to that so called repair OFFICE DEPOT.in the meantime, I got sick, they know I can't drive, and they refused to help. I called to complain about the problems and about the OFFICE PROFFESIONAL PLUS 2010 program... At first, they informed me no CD/no activation key is provided. Finally Rich said: "Come over. We will provide you with CD and activation KEY!!! BUT, the program isn't for me to USE!!!

This is a much longer tribulation, & I guess there isn't enough space here to tell the whole story. Please help me get another PC installed at home and my MONEY BACK for abominable charges: PC CHARGES:$238.12 & $59.30 for new speakers, THOUGH STORE MANAGER gave me for "FREE" said speakers, YET, can't use them. Of course POWER POINT doesn't have sound, since the program is not the one to be. I am homebound and my PC is my faithful companion. Your help will be appreciated to the rest of my like. AGGRAVATION: They are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. May GOD help me thgouth you kind and understanding efforts to keep crooks away our honest path.
