Terminating service, unreasonable TOS, odd business practices

On February 12th, we terminated our use of ITPs VOIP service, and disconnected their equipment. We also sent an email telling them this, via their email form (they don't actually provide an email address, onlya php based form). We immediately got a reply saying we would have tocall them during business hours. We work nights, and sleep during the day, also ITPs offices are located on the East coast. It is impossible for us to call them. We sent a letter, informing them that we were quitting their service.
We had to look it up via a "whois" query, since they don't provide their postal address anywhere on their website. We have instructed our bank to not pay them, but they were able to get one bill through before we could cut them off. We have filed a dispute with our bank. Even after getting legal written notice to cease and desist, they continue to attempt to bill us. We have since filed a Better Business Bureau complaint which went no where actually). And today we received another bill. I have now filed complaints with the FTC and the FCC. Let's see where that goes.
