Fraudulent billing. Rip-off!

I received a $30.00 bill for allegedly using a pay-per-view web site. I have never used this website, and it is unclear how I was charged, considering that no one was home at the time.

I proceeded to call the company and had no one pick up. I then emailed them stating my case. I received a rude email suggesting that did not respond to my inquiry directly (i.E. Form letter) and that I was still liable for the bill.

I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Michigan Attorney General. The latter is undertaking an investigation.in any case, I am not paying this bill.
