Happy to determine I am not alone with problems... I delivered a sewing base and was informed my customer support they acknowledged my consideration on April fifth but there is no credit on my charge card statement. I have named twice in order for them to study and obtain back again to me without any reaction. I have finally needed to start a chargeback with my charge card. Customer support is terrible, wouldn't suggest.
