Terrible Customer Service

DON'T USE RoomStays.com for the hotel booking plans, 1) their customer support is non existent! 2) they do not return your cash (charge card) inside a sensible period (based on their site, its 3 business days), and 3) they consider the cash instantly! I've been looking to get a reimbursement to get a space termination, that the resort accepted, for more than 2 months. I can not get anyone from customer support to react possibly by mail or telephone! They're terrible and that I wouldn't suggest anybody with them! Visit hotels.com or among the additional trusted booking agencies.
