I've never noticed a less qualified customer support division than that one. I considered buying one product out of this shop, onetime, but eventually wound up eliminating the purchase because of high transport charges. I had been positioned on their directory email list. After I named their 800-number to obtain off the checklist, they explained they'd "forward my demand" towards the proper division. The following month, the list turned up again. I called again, they deflected me again. The following month - affirmed - another list comes! Three demands and nobody did anything to assist me; they lied to me every single moment.inexcusable. Don't purchase out of this organization, and much more importantly, don't allow them obtain a your hands on your target or mail.
