Metro PCS sucks. I purchased my telephone per month before. The texting hasn't worked. I approached them-and recorded something demand, and not got a call-back. I named them again today plus they explained it'd be set within 24 to 72 hours which it had been a known problem. I told them-it clearly was a recognized problem per month before, however they did not do something about this subsequently, and not called me back.
I also was talking to individuals in in my opinion Costa Rica, whose Language was not that excellent. After I did achieve somebody from their customer support division whose first-language was British, he was curt and disrespectful.
When The organization I work with were not to react to support demands, we'd be from company. While my organization doesn�t react appropriately or comes with an unhappy client, the customer is supplied with a credit. Minimum Metro Computers might do is credit per month of support, all providers, for that difficulty I've had.
That Is my first month with City Computers, which is a super bad knowledge.
