Terrible buying experience! I requested some glassware on Dec. 25th which was outlined as "in-stock." It didn't deliver in the shop until 1/12 (11 business days later). After I requested the support division why it required such a long time to vessel they explained that it wasn't in-stock after I requested it.

Our bundle of glassware didn't appear until 1/18 (16 business days after purchase day). All the glassware within the bundle was damaged upon arrival. There is NO wrapping of any sort within the container (no paper, bubble wrap, Styrofoam, etc.). They'd simply positioned the glass straight into the container and delivered it.

It took 3 emails for their customer support division to obtain them to accept return my income. Once they did accept return my cash it required one more 16 e-mails backwards and forwards and that I did not obtain my reimbursement until 2/1.

Team appeared to treatment less this procedure required per month of my period. It appeared a lot more like this really is anything they're used-to coping with frequently. There's no feeling of emergency within their customer support division once so ever.

I'd NOT suggest Tableandhome.com to anybody!
