Unwarranted charges

I'd ATT house phone support and so I changed to ATT link for my pc after being with another organization for 2 decades. The bond data was complex in my experience but ATT pc broker did assist me by telephone to obtain this company. Each day or two later I acquired a disease on my pc. Not blaming, but I questioned if it was a fraud. I'dnot had any current issues with my pc. I named ATT and spoke together and also the pc broker did attempt for quite awhile to assist me, then stated a course that may perhaps aid but was at a price of $15. At that time I questioned him if which was a-one moment fee or perhaps a regular fee, and he explained it had been a-one time fee. I told him okay, but I really could not come right into an arrangement to pay for another continuing $15 monthly charge. At the moment at link package to ATT Assistance or ConnecTech, was put on my pc pc, and issue was resolved. The the following month I noticed the $15 charge and settled it. The following month I realized that a $16 cost for ATT Support Plus Membership. I named ATT and was about the telephone more than one hour. I eventually got a boss who got along my data and he or she stated she'd need to publish my request. She stated that division would need to pay attention to the phone conversation. I called again fourteen days later and was on-hold for ConnecTech such a long time that my phone battery offered out, and that I do not use my cellphone frequently. Per month later another statement, and that I named again and that I was informed that

The problem hadn't yet been investigated. Used to do not spend following the 1st $15, or do I plan to. I told the final consultant that I'd record this to FCC of course if not solved might get another phone/pc organization. This really is Feb. 17 but still waiting, I'll provide them with yet another month. Best of luck for you should you try ConnecTech / ATT Support Plus Membership. I'd have purchased application online for $60 or less, not $16 per month with no conversation with that department regarding bill conflicts.
