Scammed into purchasing "common area" admin for a free service

Chat hosting service which I could customize for my organization. Found & subscribed:

To Cha-cha-chat.com for a month because of all the attractive features in their "comparison" page What I actually got:

A suspicious time lag (almost two hours) between the online payment acceptance and the email receipt of the backend access link. Payment gates are automated, but the lag indicates the possibility of suspicious viewing of my credit card information.

Shared, "limited" backend privileges with total strangers to some "super-administrator's" personal backend for what looks like a subscription to 123flashchat, the originator of the application, but a totally different company. A type of "bait-and-switch" ploy.

Personal customization of my own which disappears after each logout.

No tutorials, no FAQs, no contact info / address, and NO response to my email inquires to the payment confirmation email address.
