Unauthorized charge on my credit card for $84!

Made a purchase at NASCAR.com, and 26 days later a separate charge of $84 shows up on my statement. Shady! I'm disputing it with my card company. I've made previous purchases at NASCAR.com without this issue. It's maddening! How can they be getting away with it for 3 years!
