I ordered a set of taylormade 2.0 burner irons. After submitting order I received no receipt or order confirmation. I thought this strange, and went to the live customer chat link and told them to cancel my order and refund my $ to my card. They pled with me to keep my order. When I would not back down they asked me to write an email to address provided. I did. Then I went back to the live chat and the same conversation ensued. I did it again, this time I printed out the conversation, which was pretty much the same, and threatened contacting authorities and legal action. They told me to write an email. I tried calling the number provided, and just got an answering machine. I am waiting to see what happens now, as they said they would help me within 24 hours. I also cancelled my credit card. Very suspicious, and do not want them having the opportunity to run up any more charges.
