Constant problems and company will not help resolve "their" issues

I made the mistake of leaving AT&T to allow Time Warner to provide service. Not only did they damage my house during the install, its over 9 months later and the service is not fully working. On top of this they raised my price by 300% and will not honor the "written" document I printed out when I hired them to perform the service.

I have filed a lawsuit for damages and failure to provide services as hired. Everyone needs to do the same. The Court also had experienced problems similar to mine and awarded me $2,000.00 and for Time Warner to honor their price as contracted.

The day after I returned back to AT&T and in less than 2 hours everything works fine for less money and much less aggravation.
