Company shipped a $200 item without my knowledge, in fact i was not at home when the alledged order took place. Company refused to pay shipping it back

Company shipped an item to my address and charged my credit card without an order from my home. (claimed an internet order when I was not at home) I had no prior transactions wih this company so how they obtained my CC info and exp. Date remains a mystery. Company refused to pay for return shipping or refund inbound shipping. They did agree to credit my account for the cost of the item, but refused shipping costs.
It is suspecious of someone obtaining my cc info and making a scam out of shipping unordered items in hopes they would not be returned.
