Over charges on credit card, promises refund, but none given ripoff

I ordered pencils in April. On the website, my check out page, and on my email invoice and confirmation email, I was charged $145 for my order. When I saw my credit card bill, it was for $170.

I called and they said it was for an art charge, but as I described all the places it WAS NOT mentioned, the very nice sales rep agreed with my that " that was wrong and we should absolutely not chage you that, we will refund you right away"

That was in April. Since then, I have made dozens of phone calls, and have sent several very nice emails. The emails are not being responded to, the phone calls, are all very promising." Oh, yes, we are working on credits today". It is now July.

Furthermore,
It took the company 6-8 weeks to get the product to me, when the website promised it in 7-10 days, and every time I called they had an excuse about where it was. They would not let me talk to anyone in "production" or "shipping" and claimed they had a UPS tracking #, but " didn't know where it was"..

I sent an email saying I would file a dispute with my credit card company, the FDLE (florida law enforcement) Internet Fraud Complaint Center, teh Better Business Bureau of Southeast Florida (www.bbbsoutheastflorida.org) and the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Agency, if the matter wasn't resolved by july 12.

So, on July 13, I began contacting all those agencies, and I all of a sudden got an email from leonardcarla@aol.com saying " she thought it had been taken care of, and would do so right away"... Oh, and wanted me to send my credit card info in an email... (like I would do that!)... I emailed back and told her ALL the months that the credit was NOT on my card, and that if she looked back at the invoices from the date of my purchase, she would have my credit card info.

Well, it's 4 days later. And still no repsonse, and no refund. It's not about the $25 any more. And ALL of the aforementioned agencies will be notified.
