This is a company that I used to trust. Now, if you call their 800 number, they attempt to induct you into their Tupperware program rather than trying to resolve a problem.

I ordered a product from their website. The next day it was charged to my credit card. I called to verify when it would be shipped. I was told within the next day. After more than a week, I called again and was told there had been a product delay, but it was being shipped that afternoon. Today, I called again, and because it hadn't been shipped, I was told I couldn't cancel the order "because it's in shipping".

I told them I've never heard of charging a credit card until an item was actually being shipped. I demanded they credit my card and cancel. I was told that once the item "is in shipping" it can't be cancelled. I asked if that means it will ship today.

I was told the item hasn't come in yet. How can it be "in shipping" in that case? This is an absolute scam! I'm reading about other buyers' problems with inferior Tupperware products, and now, they are using bad, unacceptable business practices! I don't want items shipped while I'm away and left outside as a signal that we're not home. Even explaining this to their customer disservice department didn't help! They're just a bad company!
