Did not return money after sending me incorrect item. Rip-off!

I bought a cellular phone car charger from this web site. They sent me a wall charger, even though the car charger model number was listed on the invoice. I called them twice to get them to send me return postage, so I could return the charger and get my credit card credited. They told me twice that they would send me the postage and never did. I waited three weeks.

I filed a complaint with me credit card company and they got the original purchase price back but I lost the return postage of an item I did not order.

Very POOR customer support.
