Did not receive item that I paid fo

I bought a product on January 23rd from Sunlove.Biz. After I established the purchase, I study that It'd have a couple times to procedure and some times before it had been delivered out.

I've tried calling many times and that I haven't had the opportunity to keep in touch with a real individual. A saving occurs that claims to depart a note however claims the mail is complete... It's been full going back month. I've also delivered emails and also have never gotten an answer. I recently discovered that I'm not alone that has been through this. A number of other individuals are not getting there products. I'm worried that I'll not get my item and become out $70.00.
