Ripoff, overcharged, pathetic customer service, lied about credit, incomplete info to customers

Due to the pathetic customer service I recieved from Sprint on October 26th. I was infromed that my account would be credited for $249.00 I was told that it would appear on my bill in November 14th. Not so, I made a call to Sprint to find out what was thei ssue and spoke to Shane Tinsay who is supposed to have been a Senior Supervisor. Let me just tell you if this guy is a Sernior Supervisor then My 2 year old child could get hired right now. He knows absolutely nothing.instead of assisting me he was rude, obnoxious, and down right dumb. I was not assisted and was given the run around each and every time I call SPrint. Then I have all of these charges on my phone bill because they dn't know how to get anything right. I was not given full understanding on what Traveling Rates are. That's when you go out of town and instead of Sprint adding a feature that infroms you of when you are out of your calling are you are just billed. 50 for every minute you talk. I thought sprint was more high tech thant htat. Then they solicit you to try some of their featrures out and then bill you for them in advance when they are supposed to be free. They are a sad company and I still want my credit but i highly doubt i will get it becasue they all lie to you and never inform anyone else of what you talk about so they just ignore you as a customer. I would not recommend strpint to anyone. If you are reading this and thinking about sprint or have had problems like this please let me know. They need to be sued so they can be taught a lesson.
