On 11/24 I purchased several of the deal of the day items as Christmas gifts. One of those items was a 3-pair Pearl earrings. On 11/25 NoMoreRack was paid in-full for these "in-stock" items. On Dec 2nd I received an email with a tracking number telling me the item was shipped. The tracking # was bogus there was no pick-up record, no item had been given to Fed-Ex for pick-up. I've exchanged several emails to "Customer Service" who told me that I could not cancel the order nor could I get them to research the item (where is it?) nor would I be able to get a refund for this paid-in-full item. I was told to wait until the item arrived, then I could return the item (within 30-days of receipt) for a store credit, less the shipping costs. OMG! I further placed several calls to customer care who again could tell me nothing and advised me to follow-up with emails. My last email stated IF the item was not received by Dec 21st, they would then issue a refund... As of this day I still have not received this item. I'm lucky I'm only out $17.00... Buyers beware! The items I did receive are junk, which is why the fees are so low, they sell cheap junk... DO NOT buy items from this company; 30-days to receive junk is too long! Save yourself the frustration, if your looking for inexpensive items find a K-Mart or Wal-Mart you'll get much better deals and 100% refund if not satisfied.
