They waste my time at least for 15 days after orde

I've purchased a product, they did not begin running for 5 times, after I was attempting to cancle the shippment, it got established they cannot take the cancelation becuase they delivered the item and offered me a verification No., however the courier may find the following no., and today I foun out they on holiday for Chineies new year. So they spend my period atleast for 15 days after purchase and there's nobody because fu*ing site to reply me untill the finish of the new year.
