Ripoff on ebay took money, did not deliver or return email

Ebay confirmed this loser's phone contact was invalid, but said they might temporarily suspend him.

After never receiving the item and refusing to return my emails, this thief robert sammons is still ripping people off. Yesterdy I sent an email and guess what, he answered and said what item was I talking about. I emailed him reminding the item number and the payment he received, and my email came back undeliverable all of a sudden. Ebay sucks for allowing people like this to continue to sell after verifying I was ripped off.
