On October 30, I paid Robert Sammons, via Paypal, $120.00 for a Guinness beer hockey jersey. Mr Sammons emailed me on November 3rd, indicating that his supplier was out of stock, and that delivery would be delayed '4-6 weeks'.

My emails of January 10th, 21st, 25th and 29th, in addition to several attempts to reach Mr Sammons via phone, and postings to his www message board, have been fruitless. I have initiated action against Mr Sammons thru Paypal and the BBB, as well as assiting Diego (Guinness' parent company) in legal proceedings. Perhaps they can encourage Mr Sammons to live up to his end of the deal.
