I recently quit Verizon for Cablevision. Because there is a with Verizon, Cablevision stated they'd pay me for splitting the agreement towards the melody of $300 (usually they pay just $200). It has been a month because I delivered my ultimate bill (10/7) and I've had to fax it two additional times and call many times with no acceptable reply. Lastly a consultant stated it'll be six months from 10/25 and they are running it. She offered me no sensible the reason why it required two 5 months for that revenue division to get the ultimate statement. I'm like I Have been getting the runaround. She also stated Easily do not obtain reimbursment by 12/9 to call-back. It generally does not provide me a great experience. Appears like I had been baited and lied to.
