The people running this web site don't give a damn about customer service

I invested $276 on switchplates in the "Switchplate Manufacturer" so when my purchase came among the 3-team switchplates was damaged. I've attempted for months to obtain them to displace this solitary damaged switchplate with no achievement. The folks operating this site do not provide a darn about customer support... All-they need is the cash. DON'T purchase out of this site!
