Terrible customer service and product help

I'll NEVER purchase a TomTom product again. The support that's created using their items is horrible quality and triggers the GPS to drop randomly. For me personally, the final period it dropped created a damaged screen and an inoperable touchscreen. Thanks a great deal Tomtom. I simply invested an hour or so about the telephone using their customer support - that was totally unprofessional. They agreed to substitute the support, although not the GPS. It makes no feeling in my experience the support THEY created triggered my device to drop and break, and today they wont change it. Save your valuable cash and do not purchase a TomTom - opt for another manufacturer.
