I have read the rest of the remarks and, in most situation where the "supervisor" has really answered, he or she has recommended the customer's criticism was unjustified. Well, listed here is OUR account. Seven days after purchasing (and SPENDING), I delivered a contact seeking an anticipated delivery time. No reply. 3 nights later, I delivered a follow-up mail. Recently, I delivered my 3rd mail. Main point here, customer support may be the toughest I Have ever experienced. Iam providing them with twenty four hours more to inform me ANYTHING after which Iam processing a legal problem. Save some suffering. Do not purchase SOMETHING out of this organization.
