Charged Too Much, Took Forever To Get It Back, Got It Back Without Sound, Doctor Was Menacing

Advertisement said Computer Doctor would make house calls, but he would not. Had us bring out computer in, where he kept it for a very long time and kept upping the price until the charge was over $700. He blamed it all on a virus although we had virus protection. He heard me complaining in the background on the phone and when he finally did bring the computer back to our house when he said it was fixed, he challenged me about what I had said in the background. He was menacing and threatening. It was like, take it or leave it. This is what you get. And what I got was a computer with a completely different virus protection and a computer without sound to this day. And like I said a bill for over $700 and no proof of what was wrong with it.
