As a long time TWC customer (over 18 hrs) I am upset about being sold Signature Home upgrade at one price and now find one of the HD tiers I have had all along is not included and will be an additional $6.95 per month on top of the $233 we are paying for the bundled services, which we were told included everything we had previously with the exception of HBO, which we agreed to drop to save money. Be very careful of sales pitches and get the details in writing before agreeing to anything. Not the way I thought I would be treated after all these years.
