No goods delivered for purchases I made, then deny I bought from them

Purchased a SubWay Gift Card from this company on November 4th. Money taken off my credit card immediately. No voucher received to get this gift card.

Called and emailed this company several times with no response. When I try to leave a message on their website it gets deleted.

Finally on December 2 I get an email stating that I never made a purchase with them and they need to know what is my email... Hello they just emailed me so they had my email address.

Sent them my credit card statement showing them fees were taken and they state it was not them. Clearly shows SaveMore with the city and state and the amount charged.
