No Trial Period and $150 Termination Fee on DSL Promotion

Watch out when you sign up for any dsl promotihe whole day at homeons from att because there is no trial period and they will apply a $150 early termination fee since day one of service. My plan is a 6 meg and only get 2 on the good days and after several calls it has not changed. Yesterday (Saturday) a tech was coming to check the system but did not show up, called and it was cancelled, no explanations. Today Sunday a tech showed up and said another tech was coming later to check outside. Conclusion, I am still at 2 megs and can't cancel for bad service. Also I pay for landline voice service with unlimited domestic long distance and I am not able to call 20 miles from home.
