ATT Bad Deals

Watch out when you sign up for any dsl promotihe whole day at homeons from att because there is no trial period and they will apply a $150 early termination fee since day one of service. My plan is a 6 meg and only get 2 on the good days and after several calls it has not changed. Yesterday (saturday) a tech was coming to check the system but did not show up, called and it was cancelled, no explanations. Today sunday a tech showed up and said another tech was coming later to check outside. Conclusion, I am still at 2 megs and cant cancel for bad service. Also I pay for landline voice service with unlimited domestic long distance and I am not able to call 20 miles from home.
