False Representation and Agreement Not Honored

I entered into an agreement with One Box Listings to provide SEO services for my company. After five months, they have not listed my company on any search engines that I can find, including Google, Bing, Yahoo, etc. They did supply me with one video I can see on line, but there is absoluted no access my company (or the video) through any keywords at all. When asked for the resolution, I was told they were working on it, repeatedly. When, after five months, I asked for my money back, I was told they do not do refunds.
