Mark Does not keep your site listed all the time on page one and will not issue refund

My name is Mike and I am from Buffalo NY

In the second week of July I contacted berankednumber1.com to do some advertising for me. They claim on their website

" We guarantee to have your website listed on Page 1 in Yahoo and Altavista within 1-7 business days GUARANTEED or you pay nothing! We will email you your Page 1 rankings within 1-7 business days and you can see the rankings yourself. Continued submissions to over 300 search engines on a monthly basis at no additional charge. You will continue to have Page 1 rankings for as long as you are a client."

They sent me an email saying contratulations that your site has been listed on page one of Google. I checked and it was. However looking at my stats I had no unique visitors and then I checked my listings and they were not there anymore. This would constitute a refund according to the above guarantee that is listed on the website. I emailed Mark and their " staff " and there was one response from someone that said they would take care of it. I still haven't seen any listings and asked him for a refund and to stop charging my credit card. He said I was locked up into the 3 month agreement and I couldnt cancel until after that. I told him that he had not fulfilled his end of service, I sent him screen captures of the searches for my keywords that produced nothing at all on any pages of Google and the other engines he claimed I would be on. He continued to charge me until I cancelled my credit card. I received an email from him requesting a new card to bill me and when I requested a call to discuss why I should have to pay he never bothered me again. He still billed me for 2 months which should not have been done and still won't answer any phone calls and you can't even email them to complain. But they will still take your orders and bill you for it.
