Charged me for services they did not provide

They said they will charge me $1 for the first month of service which includes putting my business name as the top listings on various search engines.

One week before the end of the month they called and said they just got my info on line.

Five days later they charged my account with the full month service fee of $258.

I called them to cancel and get the refund, but their response was TOO BAD.
They violated their own contract by not providing the services promised in the first 30 days.

They had breeched their own contract and now owe me the $258 dollar credit.

Any contract attorneys out there who would like to file a class action lawsuit, please contact me.
