Www.repairsuniverse.com shipped item to wrong address and refused to make it right

I purchase a replacement ipad 2 screen from repairs universe and paid for expedited shipping. Upon waiting a few days I looked at my tracking and the tracking information provided by USPS said it had been delivered. The day in question I was the only one who received packages.

I looked further and the tracking information said it was delivered by USPS to a different zip code than the one I had provided to them. Now due to their mistake and refusal to communicate either via phone or email I am expected to eat the $108.

I paid with paypal and have not been able to get a refund as of yet due to them showing they shipped to any address at all, even though it is not a correct address as provided at the time of purchase.

Stay away from this company.
