Repairs Universe charges 20% restocking fees even if the part is wrong one sent

I bought an Lcd screen for my Htc rezound that they said would fix my broken screen. Once i paid the 45. Or so dollars I recvd the product and it isn't even the screen I needed. So I tried to contact them in regards to a refund but you have to wait atleast 24hr just to get a response from customer service and then they have to give you a RMA # and u have to print off a form and then pay to send it back and also lose 20% restocking fee. Its horrible how their return policy works. I guess they don't want to have happy customers. So what I decided was to sell it on ebay instead of send it back and lose all that money. Customers beware of Repairs Universe!
