Resently I switched from Cox High Speed Internet (cable) to AT&T DSL, because it was half the price of Cox cable.
The worse mistake I have ever made. I have had problems since day 1, and call customer support 3 times a day. I am a college student that has to have my assignments turned in on a timley basis!
The problem is it works fine for about 20 minutes then shuts off and tells me the DSL is connected (my modem) but the internet is not on. I am sick and tired of calling them 3 times a day and the problem gets worse. Nobody in the customer support is of any help and want to send out a tech and charge me $ $110, for fixing somthing that is internal to begin with. I am going back to cox cable and gladly pay the $50.00 a month for service with quality, expertise, and always works!!!
