Terrible Awful Crappy Service

Me and my finance moved to Chicopee April 1st. We were forced to get charter because they are the only company that offers cable and high speed internet in this area. There are problems with their service two to three times a week. We pay over 140.00 for cable and internet and half the time the cable dont work and now all of the sudden the internet is slower than DSL. I call custumer service and they always give me the same run around about turning on and off the cable box or some other proceduere that we have done over and over again but it just dont work. The CSM today would not let me speek to a supervisor when he could not help me with my problems. They are going to send a guy to the house to look at the equipment but just like countless other times they will get it working then a few days later it will start acting up again. I must have asked for a supervisor or manager about ten times before I told him I was contacting the better business berero and I hung up the phone. I am so sick and tired of this companys service and having to pay top dollar. Please help me.
